YESTERDAY'S PROBLEM COULD BECOME TODAY'S SOLUTION

Image
Today's solution could become tomorrow's problem. Life is dynamic, so is our problems and challenges. That's why 'tables turn'. Circumstances that are random are difficult to predict. WHY THEN DO WE LIVE A STEREOTYPE LIFE? As the situations and circumstances keep changing so must we keep improving and changing our approach to the circumstances!!!!! Life is  beautiful because of the dynamism of life. The 45th President of the United States of America will definitely be different in his leadership approach compare to his predecessor Barrack Obama. We begin to enjoy life when we are open to changes that improves life. When we think out of the box. When we think impossible. When we break every barrier. When we innovate. Remember life is dynamic. Keep improving, keep innovating, keep learning!!! We cannot know it all, moreso we cannot solve a problem with the same mind that creates it. Expect the surprise! But be prepared for the impossible, the impact of the h

EXCELLENT STORY!!!                                               Photo Credit: Hannah Bikel "She’s a nurse in Syria," said Maor. "She lives near Quinetra, and since the area is being sieged, she couldn't reach a hospital — that’s what she told us. And there were no midwives who could help her. Because she's a nurse, she knew that [injured] Syrians were coming to Israel. So she said she’d try her luck to reach the border and try to get picked up by the IDF." The woman succeeded, and — after being picked up at the border and rushed to Ziv in an IDF ambulance — she gave birth to her firstborn at 3:11 a.m. today. According to a hospital press release, the woman said the following of her experience (roughly translated from Hebrew): "There were no village midwives who could help me deliver. I am a nurse by profession, and I knew that Syrians were treated in Israel. ... So when I felt that labor had begun, I quickly brought myself near the borde

THE FUTURE OF OUR CIVILIZATION

''Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase. '' - Martin Luther King Jr. Global inequalites and injustice abound in the world. War, hatred, terrorism, poverty, lies and pejudice. Same way we can achieve unprecedented peace, prosperity and progress. Where our political stance has failed several times in achieving, peace, economic freedom and breakthroughs. We must keep on trying a new approach and method. To achieve sustainable progress, prosperity and peace there must be collaborative effort. It is a collective effort, and it will take a process that requires constant improvement. We cannot continue to be divided and expect

How Vulnerable Are You To Stress?

How Vulnerable Are You To Stress? Three things Charles Darwin never said but could have: ·         It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change. ·         In the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively prevailed. ·         Having a happy social lifestyle is very effective in managing stress. Mark each statement from 1 (always applies to you) to 5 (never applies to you), according to how accurate each statement is in describing your current lifestyle.    1. Always True            2. A YEAR FROM NOW YOU WILL WISHED YOU HAD STARTED TODAY

# Either you change the way you do your job, or your job changes, or it might disappear altogether! #in fact, when you get older and all you can talk about is your experience, it’s nothing more than vanity! You can be old and young at the same time... You cannot afford to think old! # You must complement it with a constant desire and hunger to learn new things and change your career, again and again and again. Have you ever noticed how hard it is for a team to win back to back World Cup soccer titles? # When you have a winning team, you don't want to make changes, but that’s when change must be uppermost in your mind. #  Much of our older executive corps in Africa really battle with change, and wear their experience as a right of entitlement. This needs to change. Management and leadership roles are not immune to change. # Experience is important but it is not enough. Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus (70+) wrote something interesting.
